While ICT equipment and uses rate are growing very fast in all the offices of the institution, the adoption of new designs ICT equipment that are available in office environment boost the performances of workers in the polytechnic. The researcher observed that the old system is very slow and differs level of productivity. This may explain the observed differences in work performance. To do this the researcher developed 15 questions. This question was administered in form of questionnaire to 50 workers in Fidei Polytechnic, Gboko who were selected as a sample of the population.
