DESIGN OF WEIGHT MEASURING SYSTEM AS A COMPONENT OF A COMMERCIAL COOKING GAS FOR CUSTOMER AND SELLER AUTOMATED INTERFACE
Abstract
This work is on the design of weight measuring system as a component of a commercial cooking gas customer and seller automated interface. The issue of manually checking for the level of gas quantity most times leads to disappointment during cooking and the attendant difficulties in reaching sellers and buying products that occurs in odd times of the day constitute difficulties for both buyers and sellers. Automating the process using internet of things (IOT) is novelty and the component for weight is major component of the system, this project using microcontroller imbedded with differential amplifier and loads cells a weighing system was designed for the system. A test – run using Micro pro – software and Proteus Simulator for weigh ranging from 0 -5 kg gave a voltage variation of 0.20v as the weight was being increased.
