Abstract

Solar- grid integration is a network allowing substantial penetration of photovoltaic (PV) power into the national utility grid, this is an important technology as the integration of standardized PV system into grids optimize the building energy balance v, improve the economics of the PV system, reduces operational cost and provides added value to the consumer and the utility. PV integrated smart grid is now a common practice in many countries of the world, as they is a growing demand for the use of alternative clean energy as against fossil fuels. This project discusses the modelling and simulation of PV integrated smart grid and the modelling of the PV array on the simulator ,as well as ,the power converter and controls for the PV system is discussed and the installation of PV integrated smart grid and discussed the different component of a PV integrated smart grid .
