Abstract
This project aimed at investigation into the role of lesson plan (important) of using passion plan in teaching and learning process.
In order to meet up the challenges in education system. Various and decisions have been investigate and document. The study which will promote the teaching and learning process.
Relevant data was collected from The sampled population through the questionnaire and interview question generated. the result of the findings revealed That lesson plan has great impact of shaping The lives of student-teachers which eventually impacted on Their training as teachers. the result further indicated that there is a strong positive correlation between teaching, learning and lesson plan.
