The standard should be adjusted to something much higher a billion naira every year to the state library for efficient and effective operation of public libraries. And the imprest account of divisional libraries should be increased due to large allocation of state libraries. The survey established that library users in Gusau State favour the idea of partial / subsidized funding of library services.
