Abstract

This methodology outlines the synthesis of a Schiff base ligand from vanillin and ethylenediamine, followed by the preparation of its nickel (II) chloride complex. The study employs modern characterization techniques to investigate the structural, spectroscopic, and physicochemical properties of the complex.
