Abstract

**Introduction (70 Words)** Rehabilitation within correctional institutions remains essential to reducing recidivism and promoting effective reintegration of offenders. In Ondo State, Nigeria, the correctional system employs various strategies such as vocational training, education, and counseling to reform inmates. However, the effectiveness of these programs depends on institutional resources, staff capacity, and program implementation. Understanding how these strategies influence rehabilitation outcomes is crucial for strengthening correctional practices and achieving meaningful inmate transformation.
