Abstract
ABSTRACT
This research work was aimed at investigating the application of the role of commercial bank in promoting small scale business. A related literature was revealed which include environmental factor and the side of the organization how each effect small scale business. Data was collected using a tutorial questionnaire; the responses were analyzed using simple percentage table. Finally, the result revealed that application of small scale business in public sector is not efficient as in private entitles.
