ALCOHOLISM AS A SOCIAL PROBLEM AMONG ADOLESCENT IN BORNO STATE
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This project work is basically on alcoholism problem among adolescents in Borno state.The
findings of the research through the interviews have recalled that there are problem which
need to be overcome by the people in the society. There are many problems which exist in the
society. Such as lack of parental care and influence of Friends. These are major problems
which lead to youths and the people to engage in taking alcohol. Meanwhile some respondents
believe that most people engaged in alcoholism by the influence of Friends. Also anotherfactor
is lack of Care by parents. Parents should take very good care of their children and prevent
them from associating with friends with deviant character.
