DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN INTEGRATED CONTROL STARTER PANEL WITH AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATOR FOR DUAL POWER SUPPLY
Abstract
Abstract
This project focuses on the design and implementation of an integrated control starter panel with an Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) for a dual power supply system. The system automatically switches between the mains and a step-up transformer when voltage drops, ensuring a stable and uninterrupted power supply. It uses relays, sensors, and protective devices to achieve safe and automatic operation, while LED indicators show the system status. Testing confirmed that the system effectively regulates voltage, prevents equipment damage, and eliminates manual switching. The project provides a reliable, efficient, and low-cost power solution suitable for homes, offices, and small industries facing unstable electricity supply.
