Abstract

0.05 significance level. Since the p-value has been greater than 0.05, this has suggested that Workload Management has not significantly predicted Turnover Intentions. Furthermore, Table 4.11 has revealed that the coefficient for Workload Management has been 0.5499, but its p-value has been 0.2920, which has been greater than 0.05. This has meant that there has been no statistically significant relationship between Workload Management and Turnover Intentions. Given this lack of significance, we have failed to reject the null hypothesis (H02) and have concluded that Workload Management has had no significant effect on the Turnover Intentions of bank employees in Ibadan Metropolis. 4.2.3. Hypothesis 3 H03: Leave policies have no significant relationship with the turnover intentions of bank employees in Ibadan Metropolis. Table 4.12: Model Summary Model R2 Adj. R2 F-statistic Prob.
