Abstract
This is the importance of internal control system in private business organization is given a clear exposition to all readers. Internal control thus, internal control is the system within a company consisting of its plan of organization, the assignment of duties and responsibilities the design for accounts and reports and all measures and me hod employed. This is written in a clear manner to stimulate the appetite of readers who would like to gain more significant internal control experience.
