This research work (project) "Auto Tricycle Tracking System" improves existing traffic motoring sad safety system by the marshals. Using Federal read safety designing a fully functional automated tracking system that implemented online thing a computer network and GRS device to enable the drivers activities the road to be detected by the marshals. The system provides the organization with drivers' profile. location and speed at which the vehicle moves information and also updates organization's records the new tracking system is designed to be fully automated. Visual basic 9.0 was used because it introduces now formatting functions to simplify formatting output for display or print Many new string and numeric functions are also introduced, as well as the new validate even before input controls and the cause validation properly for most controls
