Abstract

In today’s digital world, the demand for reliable and accessible household services is growing rapidly. This project presents the design and implementation of a household and domestic management system that bridges the gap between service seekers and professional providers. The proposed system is a web-based platform that allows users to request, schedule, and pay for household services such as cleaning, plumbing, and electrical repairs. It integrates essential features like secure login, provider verification, service matching, feedback systems, and payment gateways. The system is designed to solve issues such as unreliable service providers, lack of structured service delivery, poor communication, and time wasted on manual service search. It enables users to make service requests from the comfort of their homes and gives service providers a trusted platform to reach more clients efficiently. The system development follows a user-centered approach and is backed by relevant theoretical frameworks, including System Management Theory, Family Resource Management Theory, and Human Relations Theory. These theories guide the logic, structure, and human interaction elements of the platform. In the end, the project delivers a functional, scalable, and easy-to-use system that improves the quality of domestic service management while ensuring trust, transparency, and user satisfaction
