ABSTRACT
This project deals with the automation of the water consumption billing system for the Works Department of Water Resources at the Zamfara State Water Board. The system is effective, expandable, security-oriented, and efficiently documented to ensure user-friendliness and facilitate cooperative maintenance. Additionally, this research work aims to design and implement a computerized water billing system. The system has been developed using HTML, CSS, PHP, and a MySQL database for managing the required data.
