It was observed that effective conflict management helps reduce workplace stress and tension, which can enhance job satisfaction and performance. Employees who perceive that conflicts are managed well are generally more motivated and productive. It was also shown that proper conflict management encourages open communication and feedback. This can lead to better understanding among team members and more efficient problem-solving, which contributes to improved performance. It was concluded that the implementation of effective conflict management techniques, such as mediation, negotiation, and training, helps in resolving disputes amicably and fostering a supportive work environment. The researcher recommends that organizations should establish and communicate a clear conflict management policy that outlines procedures for addressing and resolving conflicts. This policy should emphasize the importance of early intervention and provide a structured approach for employees to voice and resolve their concerns.
