This abstract distribution and diversely study examined the samples from different locations. biochemical test and culture-based methods won’t use to identify and characterize a eternal present. The result showed that the soil samples were highly diverse, with a wide range of bacterial species detected. The most abundant bacteria belonged to the ane Bacillus subtilis, ES-cherishia coli, microcosm and streptococcus aura us. The bacteria detected Included a machine of beneficial and pathogenic species. The result highlight the importance of understanding the diversely of bacteria in soil ecosystems and the need for further research into the voles of the ese organisms.
