ThisstudyinvestigatestheimpactofcrisismanagementontheorganizationalreputationofAbubakarTatariAliPolytechnic(ATAP)andthecollegeofAgricultureBauchifocusingoncrisispreparedness,crisisresponsestrategyandcrisiscommunication.Utilizingadescriptivesurveydesign.Datawerecollectedfrom94stakeholdersthroughstructuredquestionnairesanalyzed.Findingsrevealsstrongpositiveeffectofeffectivecrisismanagementoncrisispreparedness,crisisresponsestrategyandcrisiscommunication.Theresearchhighlightstheshiftfromreactivetoproactivecrisisstrategies,groundedincrisiscommunicationtheoryandstakeholder’stheory.Recommendationsincludesimplantingtrainingprograms,integratedcrisisprotocolsandpolicyfortransparentcommunication.Limitationsencompassesself-reportedbiases.Cross-sectionaldesign,andunaccountedexternalfactors,suggestingfuturelongitudinalandcomparativestudies.
