Abstract

This study, therefore, aims to explore the emergence, growth, and decline of indigenous industries in Olamaboro from 1991 to 2021. It will investigate the factors contributing to their decline, the socio-economic impact on the people, and potential strategies for their revitalization. By situating Olamaboro’s experience within a broader historical and geographical context, this research will contribute to the understanding of indigenous industries and their importance in fostering sustainable economic and cultural development.
