SOCIAL SECURITY CODE DATABASE MANAGEMENT AND TRACKING SYSTEM (A CASE STUDY OF ABIA LINE TRANSPORT)
Abstract
Social security is a vital element of any state security institution. It is the institution that keeps track of registered number of individuals using its security code known as social security code. The research project is intended to design in its context, a window based and easy Access database using Microsoft Access, powered by visual basic. The research work is to analyze the need for an advanced technology in handling data in the security agency. It is also meant to develop and easy Access program that will enable the security agencies to keep accurate data for easy tracking of individuals. Where Social Security (SS) code are registered with the agency and hence develop a linked system software to Aid other sections of the agency.
