WEB BASED SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR STOCK CONTROL
Abstract
A web-based security management system for warehouse management is a powerful and innovative platform designed to solve the security and operational challenges of today's organizations. This system is designed to improve the efficiency of the product management system while strengthening security through features such as usage and performance management, real-time inventory movement monitoring, and secure storage of transaction data. Inventory management systems, which are often composed of written or software methods, are fraught with problems such as theft, data inconsistency, and inefficiency in product level monitoring. This study aims to overcome these shortcomings by introducing a centralized system that ensures the integrity, accountability, and security of the procurement process. By integrating features such as security alerts, traceability, and comprehensive reporting, the system not only improves operational efficiency, but also reduces the risks associated with improper and unauthorized product handling. The implementation of the system promises to revolutionize the management process by providing scalable and efficient solutions for organizations of all sizes.
