Abstract

This project explores the role of information and communication technology (ICT) in enhancing effective teaching and learning in Kashim Ibrahim University. The study aims to examine how modern ICT tools such as computers, projectors, internet access, e-learning platforms, and multimedia resources have contributed to improving instructional delivery and academic performance. Using both qualitative and quantitative research methods, data were collected from students and lecturers through questionnaires and interviews. Findings reveal that ICT has significantly improved lesson planning, student engagement, access to academic resources, and overall communication between teachers and learners. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure, inadequate training, and unstable power supply still hinder its full implementation.
