Abstract

ABSTRACT The rapid evolution of digital content creation has presented new challenges in securing ownership rights and ensuring fair monetization for creators. Traditional distribution models often expose creators to risks of copyright infringement, revenue loss, and limited control over their works. This project explores the application of blockchain technology, Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), and tokenization as innovative solutions for securing digital content ownership and enhancing monetization strategies. The study proposes a decentralized system where content creators can protect and monetize their works through verifiable blockchain records, smart contracts, and NFT-based transactions. Agile methodology was adopted for the system design, emphasizing iterative development and user feedback. The proposed framework addresses the major shortcomings of traditional systems by ensuring transparency, reducing intermediaries, and enhancing security. By leveraging blockchain, creators are empowered to maintain control, maximize their earnings, and foster trust in digital content ecosystems. This research highlights the potential for blockchain integration to transform the future of digital content creation and monetization. This project addresses these issues by leveraging blockchain technology to develop a decentralized platform for securing and monetizing digital content, with a specific focus on podcasts.
