ABSTRACT
This research is carried out towards examining organizational discipline and its impact on employee's performance with special reference to ABC Transport Owerri. The main issue that was explored is to establish if there is a relationship between discipline and personnel's performance in ABC Transport..ABC transport was carefully selected as a reference because of its performance in recent time. In order to achieve the research objectives, an in-depth literature review through content analysis. The researcher employed the descriptive survey and case study design to examine the impact of discipline as been practiced at ABC Transport. A simple random sampling method was used to draw a sample of One hundred and fifty (150) respondents from ABC Transport Company. Data was collected by means of self-administered questionnaires. Similarly, the chi-square goodness of the statistical technique was used with the aid of excel spreadsheet.
