Abstract
The purpose of this research study is to investigate the Examination of the Effect of Industrial practice on organizational productivity in the private sector, with a view of coming out with ways of improving the employment contract between the workers and employers in Crown Polytechnic .The study will however employs descriptive research design and vastly uses questionnaire to collect data from and among of Crown Polytechnic Staff. The study would also fashion out the importance of industrial relation that enhances strong relation, interaction at work that facilitates high level of productivity. On this note, effective industrial relation practice stands as the life wire of every organization that recognizes it and it helps to boost and enhance the productivity of such organization.
