This research work is on the impact of small scale business to the development of Nigeria Economy as a case study. In Nigeria today, government and manufacturing companies' acknowledgement that small scale business have some right which need to be protected due to this, government has made laws top protect small scale business. This project will provide suitable guidelines for government, manufactures and Nigeria Economy. It will help them to know their right and reason for them to be protected.
