The study used 276 indigenes, all with naturally occurring diastema. The samples were collected and tabulated and then analyzed all the comparisons were made through careful analysis and an additional chi-square evaluation. The study has shown that there is no clear link between lip print patterns and the tooth gaps that are seen in people, or it’s location thereof.
