DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF VEHICLE GATE PASS SYSTEM USING QR CODE AUTHENTICATION
Abstract
Automated gate pass system is a technique used by various organization for security purposed. Gate pass system is the movement of people and goods from the premises. The present system faces some challenges in which tag might get lost, stolen or forgotten. The new system will solve the weakness that occurs in the current system. It is an automated system that uses QR-Code as the gate pass system and will be able to perform several important and manageable tasks. It will lead to effectiveness and efficiency. The new system will create a unique identity for everyone in the premises. The reason behind this system is to create a platform whereby everyone in the organization will be free from every form of theft. The system was programmed using Visual studio, python and SQL server as the database.
