THE IMPACT OF EMERGING TECHNOLOGY ON THE JOB PERFORMANCE OF SECRETARIES IN PUBLIC ORGANIZATION IN EKITI STATE
Abstract
This project works on ″Emerging Technology on the job performance of Secretaries in Public Organization in Ekiti State″. In chapter one the researcher define some terms used in the course of this work(project) it described how the secretarial staff of today is exposed to emerging technology on the job performance of Secretaries in Public Organization in Ekiti State. The chapter also described the secretary productivity and efficiency since the advent of technology on the job performance. The researcher described the significant and the scope of the research topic as it relate to business organization. Also in chapter two, the researcher discuss the fascinating phenomena in performance of secretaries in public organization. It stated further the impact and implication on the business organization at large. Furthermore, the advantage of applying performance of secretaries in public organization in business organization. The benefits of emerging technology on the job performance of Secretaries in Public organization in Ekiti State were clearly stated in this project work in other to make it a hug success. Finally chapter three described the method used in carryout the research and in the last chapter the finding of the research were summarized and conclusion was research by the researcher and make recommendation for further study.
