DEVELOPMENT OF UNIFIED FAMILY HUB INTERFACE IN HOME
Abstract
The Unified Family Hub project presents a comprehensive design solution aimed at enhancing family connectivity and organization through an intuitive, user-centered interface. This project focuses on creating a detailed Figma prototype of a family management application that centralizes essential features such as shared calendars, task management, secure messaging, daily expenses record, E-book and event coordination. By addressing common challenges faced by families in managing schedules, communication, and household responsibilities, the design seeks to foster improved collaboration and stronger relationships among family members. The methodology employed emphasizes iterative design, usability testing, and adherence to accessibility standards to ensure the interface is both engaging and inclusive. The resulting design offers a scalable and visually cohesive platform that can be adapted for future development into a fully functional application. This work contributes to the field of user experience design by demonstrating how thoughtful interface design can support complex social dynamics within the family unit.
