The ANPR system is like a smart assistant that can automatically read license plate numbers from images or videos. It goes through steps like capturing, cleaning, focusing, and recognizing the characters. It compares the result with a database and can trigger various actions based on the information. This helps in traffic management, parking enforcement, toll collection, and ensuring road safety.
