The findings revealed that Goal setting has no significant effect on employee productivity. This hypothesis is supported because the calculated value is greater than P>0.005 significance level. Based of findings the study recommended that Time is an important part of life so one must know how to invest in it, people usually make the mistake of becoming ‘too busy’ to plan their time. It is advisable to invest time in planning, scheduling and organizing in order to save time, doing this at the early stage saves a lot of stress at the long run. Nonetheless, one must not invest in too much time albeit becoming engrossed in planning than actually realizing the work that needs.
