Abstract

This abstract presents a mobile hoist mechanism designed to efficiently lift heavy loads using a 16-ton hydraulic jack. The objective of this mechanism is to provide a versatile and portable solution for lifting and moving substantial weights in various industrial and automotive applications. The mobile hoist mechanism incorporates a robust frame structure capable of supporting the weight of the load. The 16-ton hydraulic jack serves as the primary lifting component, providing the necessary force to elevate heavy objects. The hydraulic system consists of a pump, cylinders, control valves, and hydraulic lines, which work together to enable controlled lifting and lowering operations. To enhance maneuverability, the hoist mechanism features a set of sturdy wheels and casters. These allow the operator to easily transport the hoist to different locations, both indoors and outdoors, without requiring additional lifting equipment. The wheels are designed to withstand the load's weight and provide stability during movement. Furthermore, the hoist mechanism incorporates safety features such as overload protection, emergency stop controls, and locking mechanisms to prevent accidental lowering of the load. These safety measures ensure the well-being of both the operator and the surrounding environment. The mobile hoist mechanism utilizing a 16-ton hydraulic jack offers significant advantages in terms of portability, load capacity, and ease of use. It provides a versatile solution for lifting and moving heavy objects in diverse settings, including warehouses, construction sites, and automotive repair facilities. By combining the power of the hydraulic jack with a well-designed frame and safety features, this mechanism contributes to improving efficiency and productivity in various industrial applications.
