Abstract

ABSTRACT Heat sink is used in Electronic gadgets to dissipate the excess heat from a heat-generating components to the normal room temperature termed ambient temperature. The process of Heat dissipation from the heat sink has become worrisome to companies, especially multifunctions performing Components like power transistors more heat conducted, and having a suitable heat sink material that can quickly and easily dissipate heat (aluminum heat sink material) which can properly conduct, radiate, dissipate and propagate heat for a better thermal condition of a component. To enhance the workability of any Electronic system, various categories of components are heated during processing. Heat sinks are used for various electronic devices or equipment that are used for high voltage and amplification. This equipment attracted high temperature, Heat sink is applicable to such equipment to calm the thermal condition of its component .this work evaluated and determine a suitable material used in calming the access heat conducting from devices for proper radiation and heat dissipation. During this work we observed that material having high conductivity are not suitable material for heat sink and those components that are not attached to heat sink did not have a good performance, with good material like aluminum, Heat dissipation/transfer can easily be radiated to the ambient and these will maintain a constant thermal condition of such system. If a particular heat sink material is determined it will help the manufacturer of various electronics devices to increase the performance quality of such devices to enhance the production and those various devices attached to the heat sink will maintain their stability and function maximally.
