Abstract

The fast expansion of social media has transformed the way individuals connect, communicate, and exchange content. However, many existing platforms struggle to provide meaningful and individualized user interactions while also fostering content exchange and collaboration. This project tackles these restrictions by creating a Social Media Network Application that prioritizes user connectedness, content sharing, and collaborative activities. The platform's goal is to build genuine connections, inspire innovation, and provide a user-friendly environment for different interactions within an online community. The development of the application follows an Agile methodology, utilizing the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) for both frontend and backend development. Asana is employed for project management, and GitHub for version control. The system integrates advanced algorithms for personalized content recommendations and seamless user experience, while vercel is used for deployment. This iterative development process ensures that the platform remains adaptable and aligned with the project’s core objectives. The final product demonstrates high performance and effectiveness, with system performance rated at 99%, accessibility at 97%, best practices at 96%, and SEO reaching 100%. These results validate the successful implementation of a user-centric platform that enhances social networking by providing seamless content sharing, community engagement, and collaboration opportunities.
