USING MACHINE LEARNING TO PREDICT IILEGAL CASES
Abstract
A pdf to audio converter is an application that translates text into spoken word by first using
natural language processing (NLP) to analyze and process the text, and then using text-to-speech
technology to translate the processed text into synthesized speech representation of the text.
Here, i developed a useful text-to-speech synthesizer in the form of a straightforward application
that translates PDF texts into synthesized speech and reads out to the user, which can then be
saved as an mp3. File.
