Abstract

Abstract The increasing complexity and volume of student data in educational institutions have led to the need for more efficient and intelligent student record management systems. Traditional student record management systems often struggle to keep up with the growing demands and face various challenges such as data inconsistency, manual data entry errors, and limited analytical capabilities. To address these issues, this study proposes the development of a theoretical framework for an AI-modeled student record management system. The study begins by reviewing the background and introductory concepts related to student record management systems, followed by a detailed problem statement highlighting the limitations of existing systems. The aims and objectives of the research are then outlined, focusing on the design and implementation of an AI-modeled system that can effectively address the challenges faced by traditional systems. The literature review examines relevant theories and frameworks, previous research findings, and case studies on the applications of AI in student record management. This comprehensive review helps to identify the gaps in the existing literature and provides a solid foundation for the proposed theoretical framework. The methodology section delves into the analysis of the current student record management system, outlining the issues and justifying the need for an AI-modeled system. The design of the new system is presented, including the development of algorithms, pseudocodes, and code snippets, as well as the choice of coding language. The data collection, cleaning, and analysis procedures are also discussed. The discussion of results and findings section presents the outcomes of the study, highlighting the improved efficiency, accuracy, and analytical capabilities of the AI-modeled student record management system. The future directions of research are also explored, identifying potential areas for further development and refinement of the proposed framework. The final chapter summarizes the study, draws conclusions, and provides recommendations for the practical implementation and continuous improvement of the AI-modeled student record management system. The appendices include the source codes, list of tables, and list of figures to support the comprehensive understanding of the research. This study offers a valuable theoretical framework that can guide educational institutions in the development and implementation of AI-powered student record management systems. The proposed framework has the potential to significantly enhance the management, analysis, and decision-making processes related to student data, ultimately improving the overall quality of educational services and outcomes.
