Abstract

ABSTRACT Where international transactions and trade have never been easier with a post-Covid society and personalized goods are paramount for remote consumers and local sellers alike, sellers/producers in places like Nigeria are missing international opportunities, as many areas that are still digitally underdeveloped have not reached a happy medium since the digital divide. Therefore, this proposed project aims to provide a relevant digital solution to bridge such a gap by creating and implementing a web-based solution that aims for consumers to browse, message, and eventually buy goods from these sellers/producers through a digital interface. Ultimately, this solution hopes to become an all-encompassing accessible front-end from a seller and buyer perspective that encourages easy registration, posting/advertising goods, searching/browsing/filtering, messaging and goods to ultimately achieve success from the beginning to the end of transactions. This will be supported by and made intrinsic by a back-end from Flask, a reputable source for user security potentialities and MySQL which recognizes user data. This means responsive efforts to produced data are reliant upon constantly updated information based on digital changes because MySQL tracks data over time. Rendering front-end from React.js means solution adaptability and accessibility are critical components. Ultimately, this will benefit the producers and sellers of Nigeria as the opportunity for international transactions.
