Abstract

ABSTRACT Automated service provider system is a platform that gives room for all categories of service providers such as plumbers, electricians, automobile mechanics, etc. to provide services online to the desired clients through the same platform. Many organizations face numerous challenges when managing multiple service providers, particularly when manual processes are involved. These challenges include data fragmentation, inefficient communication, lack of real-time performance tracking, and human errors, which often lead to delays in service delivery, non-compliance with contractual terms, and increased operational costs. The system is designed with three core user roles: clients, service providers, and administrators. Clients can register, search for services, and rate providers, while service providers manage their profiles and service offerings. Administrators oversee the entire platform, ensuring service quality and system integrity. The system was implemented using PHP for backend processes, HTML/CSS, JavaScript for the frontend user interface, and MySQL for relational data management. This project concludes that the development of automated systems for service providers significantly improves the efficiency of service delivery and client satisfaction.
