The Disability Act (2018) was perceived as ineffective by 52.9% of respondents due to poor enforcement. About 60% reported discrimination, highlighting social and psychological impacts.
The study recommends stricter law enforcement, infrastructure upgrades, inclusive design training, and awareness campaigns. It concludes that achieving inclusivity requires addressing both physical and societal barriers.
