Abstract

ABSTRACT The Past Question Bank Management System is a digital platform that contains repository of past questions designed to streamline and make it easier for academic departments, such as the Information Technology department, to organize and retrieve test and Exam questions. Question Bank facilitates the creation of balanced assessments by enabling Lecturers to store, arrange, and classify test and Exam questions according to Year, Semester, and Course, using a centralized, secure database which will follow a Waterfall Methodology because of the proposed fixed requirements which will not be altered nor changed. This method improves question reuse across courses and semesters, drastically cuts down on Manual Labor, and lowers the possibility of mistakes. Because of the large number of technical subjects and the requirement for effective exam preparation procedures, implementing Question Bank in an Information Technology department makes for a perfect case study. The Question Bank enhances academic performance by utilizing database management, access control, and user-friendly interfaces.
