ASSESSMENT OF CARDIOTOXIC EFFECTS OF SYSTEMIC HERBICIDE LEACHATE OF FEMALE WISTAR RATS
Abstract
This study investigated the cardiotoxic effects of systemic herbicide leachate (Force Up) on female Wistar rats. Twenty-five rats were divided into five groups and exposed to varying concentrations of herbicide for six weeks. Body weight and heart weight were measured, and histological analysis of heart tissues was conducted.
