THE EFFECT ON LEARNING ENVIRONMENT ON THE ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE OF STUDENT; IN ABIA STATE POLYTECHNIC

ABSTRACT The Effect of learning Environment on Academic performance as a critical factor that needs adequate attention, consideration and evaluation. The researcher seeks to establish the impact of environment on students. The result of the influence shows in their grade, behavior, physical and psycho-socials in logical consideration reveals this .Environment has significant influence on people and less cannot be said about educational sector which for me is key player that so much determined or are players to this influence, school location, structural arrangement of the school, noise, space, lighting etc. hence, the need for master piece plan. In evaluating this influence of environments on academic performance, lots of people, materials and data were consulted and analyzed; empirical approach all was done to examine the favorable/adverse causes of this influence. Adequate and intentional plan must be carried out by educational and optimal result if need be and if adequate and efficient result is needed.
