Abstract

The design and implementation of an online attendance sheet aim to streamline the process of recording and managing attendance in educational and organizational settings. This system leverages web-based technologies to provide a user-friendly interface for both administrators and users, allowing for real-time tracking of attendance data. The system offers features such as automated attendance marking, time-stamped entries, and secure login for instructors. Through the use of cloud-based storage, data is securely saved and can be accessed from anywhere, eliminating the need for physical records and reducing the potential for errors. The design of this online attendance sheet prioritizes ease of use, scalability, and security, ensuring that it can handle large datasets while maintaining user confidentiality. By shifting from traditional paper- based methods to an automated digital system, this solution not only improves accuracy but also enhances administrative efficiency.
