omputer with its high accuracy, efficiency, reliability and fastness has attracted for itself a wide nge of application in almost all the fields of human Endeavour, most especially the lecommunication sector.These project work on Customized Video Conferencing System, which low two or more locations to communicate by simultaneous two-way video and audio ansmissions. It aims at enhancing the quality of decision made in computer science department ederal polytechnic Nekede Owerri by giving every staff,student and management the opportunity be present in any meeting organized by the department at any time without physically being resent,rather it avail everyone the chance to be connected to the same system electronically,vhich will allow two way communication in realtime and simultaneously.The meeting process vith the integration of the Customized Video Conferencing System in the department will improve oth the quality of decision mnade,timely decision making, and a good relationship between the tudents, staff and the management, it also ensures that everyone is being carried along in the ffairs of the department.
