DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ONLINE SALES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM A CASE STUDY OF AVENUE FASHION HOUSE
Abstract
ABSTRACT
The design and implementation of an Online Sales Management System tailored for Avenue Fashion House, a boutique that specializes in clothing aim to streamline and automate the process of managing sales, inventory, and customer interactions for businesses. This system provides a centralized platform that allows customers to browse, compare, and purchase products online. The system features modules for product management, order tracking, user registration, and reporting, all integrated into a secure database for real-time updates. By eliminating the inefficiencies of manual sales processes, the system enhances operational efficiency, reduces human error, and improves customer experience with a user-friendly interface. It also ensures data integrity through robust security measures. The system was implemented using modern web technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL for backend operations, making it scalable and adaptable to various retail business models. This project addresses the limitations of traditional sales management systems by offering a flexible, responsive, and automated solution for businesses of all sizes.
