IMPACT OF IMMUNIZATION IN THE PREVENTION OF EARLY CHILD-HOOD DISEASES IN ILORIN SOUTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF KWARA STATE
Abstract
This study is based on the Impact of Immunization in prevention of early childhood diseases in Ilorin South Local Government area of Kwara State. It contain five chapter which includes general introduction, Review of related literature, Research Methodology, Data analysis and Summary, Conclusion and Recommendations. In achieving the objective of the research work, sample and sampling technique was selected as respondents and simple frequency and percentage were used to analysis the return questionnaire in which conclusion and recommendations was made.
