Abstract

This project aims at determining Electromagnetic field radiation levels of mobile phones, the distance which the radiation were measured were from 0.5cm, 1.0cm, 1.5cm, 2.0cm and 2.5cm respectively. The results shows that the radiation is based on mobile type and model, prior to this distance increases while the radiation decreases. The phones with the highest radiations were H (Itel P32) radiating 2.9mG, 1.8mG, 1.0mG,0.7mG, and 0.5mG, followed by O (Itel P12) radiating 0.6mG, and M (Itel P36) radiating 2.0mG,1.6mG,1.3mG,0.9mG, 1.8mG,1.6mG,1.4mG,1.2mG, and 1. 1mG. In conclusion, the results obtained corresponds to the results of the previous researchers and further research is needed so as to optimize the Electromagnetic field radiation emitted by phone users.
