Abstract

This project presents the installation and integration of smart components on a pre-constructed buoy hull for real-time marine environmental monitoring. The smart buoy system combines advanced sensor technologies, wireless communication modules, and an autonomous power supply to measure key marine parameters, including wave height, water currents, wind speed, temperature, and weather conditions. The integration process involves configuring sensors, establishing reliable data transmission channels, and implementing an embedded control system for data acquisition and processing. The buoy is powered by solar energy, ensuring continuous and sustainable operation in harsh marine environments. Testing and calibration procedures are conducted to ensure accuracy, reliability, and optimal performance of the integrated system. The completed smart buoy offers a cost-effective and dependable solution for maritime navigation, environmental monitoring, and oceanographic research, enabling timely data collection and informed decision-making in marine operations.
