The programming language used is HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, PHP, SQL and JQUERY. The reason why web programming languages was used is because, it is platform independent and it is a web-based application. The e-complaints system research work will promote openness and responsiveness to the student and demonstrates the power of Internet for efficient information dissemination is the array of information displayed about complaints after they are being submitted.
